We started this business in the highlands, from a plantation of high-quality Arabica coffee.
Our coffee is grown using natural shade-grown methods—cultivated under the canopy of large forest trees, where coffee plants thrive best.
This approach produces healthier crops and more complex flavor profiles, without the use of chemicals during cultivation.
Our farmers live and work as part of the forest and its ecosystem.

Our passion for the perfect espresso shot lies in its ability to express a unique character in every single cup.
To achieve this, every element must be complete from the very beginning—starting with carefully selected, high-quality coffee sourced from exceptional growing regions.
The beans are roasted using high-standard roasting equipment, with precise and consistent roast profiles, and finally extracted into an outstanding espresso shot that forms the foundation of every cup we serve.
