Hotel lobby lounge with café seating at breakfast service
For Hotels & Resorts · Samui & Phuket

Your breakfast rush, solved.

Between 07:00 and 10:00 your entire property is judged on a cup of coffee. Roastery Village supplies the beans, the machine, the training and the on-island service as one system — with a zero-CAPEX option — so the queue keeps moving and the cup never changes.

The Hidden P&L

Bad coffee never appears as a line item.

It shows up as a review score, a breakfast comped to smooth it over, an F&B assistant standing at a broken machine at 07:40, and a supplier who can’t get to the island until Thursday. These are the five costs we see in every property we audit.

  • Chaos at breakfast — every guest wants coffee inside the same three hours
  • Slow brewing — a machine sized for average demand, not peak demand
  • Inconsistent taste, texture and aroma — cup to cup, shift to shift
  • Machine load → downtime → stress for guests and staff alike
  • Uncontrolled cost buried inside daily problem-solving

The Shift

From chaos to flow.

RV CoffSol exists to wipe CHAOS out of the operation and replace it with FLOW — for the guest in the queue and the staff member behind the bar.

Before

  • Queues build and the buffet backs up
  • Two staff pulled off other duties to cover
  • Every cup tastes slightly different
  • Downtime waiting on a mainland technician
  • Cost of fixes never budgeted, never tracked
  • New staff trained by whoever is on shift

With RV

  • Machine capacity matched to real peak demand
  • Workflow designed so one person can hold the bar
  • Fixed recipes, fixed grind, repeatable cup
  • Preventive maintenance plus on-island response
  • Predictable cost inside one agreement
  • Structured training and six audits a year
07:00–10:00Designed for, not survived

We size the solution against your rooms, your occupancy rate and your outlets — not against a catalogue. That’s the whole difference between a coffee supplier and a coffee solution.

The System

Everything, from one partner.

Roasted beans, brewing machines, consumables, training and after-sales service — scoped together so nothing falls between two suppliers.

Roasted Coffee Beans

Economic, Premium and Sustainability blends. Beans purchase or OEM under your own hotel label, roasted to a profile built for your menu.

Brewing Machines

Fully automatic and semi-automatic, selected for Speed, Luxury or Endurance. Free On Loan, rental or outright purchase.

After-Sales Service

PM packages, on-site corrective maintenance, replacement-machine insurance options, accessories, parts and consumables.

Barista Skills Training

Free introductory workshops for partners, plus advanced courses and an annual training and audit package for management assurance.

Menu & Margin Design

Signature drinks, food pairing and pricing built so the coffee program earns rather than just costs.

In-Room & Events

M-Brew silent in-room brewing, plus machine rental for banquets, seminars, meetings and events across the property.

Coverage

Every outlet on the property.

A hotel isn’t one coffee problem — it’s six. We scope each outlet on its own demand curve and connect them to one bean program and one service contract.

  • Breakfast buffet — highest volume, tightest window
  • Lobby café — brand-forward, quality-critical
  • Restaurant — after-meal coffee and dessert pairing
  • Bar & pool — espresso-based and cold serves
  • Banquet, seminar & events — rental machines on demand
  • Guest rooms — M-Brew silent in-room brewing
Hotel coffee program — premium blend, specialty coffee, breakfast and executive lounge programs
The Recommended Solution

Choose a lane in each of three columns.

Beans, machine and service are specified independently, then priced as one agreement — so you can go premium on the cup without over-buying on the machine.

Indicative Structure

A typical hotel agreement

Most properties land on a multi-year bean commitment with machines supplied Free On Loan. Final figures are confirmed after the on-site audit.

Term 3 years
Minimum bean guarantee 2,000 kg
Indicative bean rate ฿800 / kg

Indicative only and subject to survey. Prices exclude VAT 7% and are subject to change without prior notice. Cleaning tablets, accessories and other consumables are quoted separately. On-site corrective maintenance outside a PM package is charged at ฿400 per trip plus ฿600 per on-site fix.

The Audit

We start with your numbers, not our catalogue.

The free coffee audit takes about an hour on site. We look at four things, then design against them.

  • Number of rooms and outlets
  • Average occupancy rate (%OCR)
  • Current complaints — queue speed, machine downtime and recovery time, manpower, cup consistency
  • Other priorities — sustainability, efficiency, branding

Three questions worth asking today

  1. What is your protocol when a coffee machine goes down at 07:30 on a full-occupancy morning?
  2. How many people do you assign to handle the chaos of coffee brewing and serving at peak?
  3. How has your experience been with your current service provider — response time, cost, follow-up?

If any of those answers gave you pause, the audit is worth an hour of your morning.

RV Academy

Because consistency is a people problem.

The best machine on the island still needs someone who knows what a correct shot looks like. Training is built into every partnership.

Questions

What hotels usually ask.

Do we have to buy the machines?

No. Under the Free On Loan program the machines are placed at no capital cost against an agreed bean volume — which keeps them off your balance sheet and out of asset management. Rental and outright purchase are both available if you prefer to own or to cover a short-term need such as banquets and events.

What happens when a machine breaks down mid-service?

Our service team is based on the island rather than on the mainland, so response doesn’t depend on a ferry schedule. PM packages cover scheduled preventive maintenance; the PM + Insurance tier adds a replacement machine so service continues while yours is repaired. Outside a package, corrective maintenance is charged at ฿400 per trip plus ฿600 per on-site fix.

Can you roast under our own hotel brand?

Yes. OEM roasting under your own label is available, and M-Brew pods can be filled with your house coffee so the cup in the guest room matches the cup in the lobby.

How do you keep quality consistent when our staff turn over?

Three ways: fixed recipes and calibration so the machine carries much of the consistency, documented workflow standards so new staff learn the same routine, and the Annual Training and Audit Package — four Master Barista sessions plus six audits a year with direct feedback to management.

Do you work outside Koh Samui?

Yes. Samui is our headquarters and training centre. In Phuket and along the Andaman coast we work through our partner Proud Products and Supply, so properties on both sides get a local service team rather than a distant one.

What does the free audit actually involve?

About an hour on site. We walk your outlets during or just after service, count the real peak-hour load against your rooms and occupancy, review your current complaints and costs, and taste what you’re serving now. You get a written recommendation afterwards whether or not you go ahead with us.

One hour now. A calmer morning for the next three years.

Book a free coffee audit and we’ll tell you exactly where your service breaks — with a costed recommendation, and no obligation to buy anything.
